October 10, 2018
The pace of change is picking up speed in procurement departments. Procurement leaders are faced with huge opportunities for transformation, but understanding all the possibilities, technologies, as well as the risks involved can be a challenge. What will the future of procurement look like?
In this webinar, we will explore current trends that are shaping the future of procurement with an experienced procurement leader Yaron Nadbornik, Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at SATO. We will kick off our conversation from the recent findings from the 2018 ProcureCon Benchmarking Survey, which summarized the thinking of 100 CPOs around Europe.
Taking it from there on, we’ll dive into the hot topics of procurement transformation and discuss fresh trends such as:
- the shift in procurement priorities from cost savings toward increasing efficiency, innovation and growth
- the commoditization of basic procurement categories
- the value of deepening collaboration with suppliers
Reflecting on real-life examples, we’ll share our views of how these trends may change the procurement function and what the impact could be to our day-to-day work. Join the discussion to gain some insights and start planning a roadmap for the future of procurement in your organization.
Who should attend: This webinar is for Procurement professionals who want to have food for thought for planning their next steps in procurement transformation, and need to make sense of the future opportunities, technologies, and risks in their field.
