OpusCapita starts cooperation negotiations in digitizing and printing operations in Finland

OpusCapita has today announced to start cooperation negotiations to reorganize its digitizing and printing operations in the Document and Transaction Processing business unit in Finland.
The objective to reorganize the digitizing and printing operations in Helsinki is to support company strategy implementation and improve profitability as well as to adapt operations to changed market conditions due to declining volumes.
The scope of cooperation negotiations includes 69 permanent employees in total in Finland. Possible reduction based on financial and production grounds is 15 permanent positions at maximum.
The negotiations start on 24 April 2017 and are estimated to last six weeks. Possible changes and lay-offs are planned to be accomplished by end of 2017.
