To apply to a specific job advertised in Career section click on the relevant position from the Open positions’ list. You can also use the “search” function on the right side of this page.

You will be directed to the full advert version in our OpusPeople system. If this is your first time in OpusPeople system, you will be asked to create candidate’s profile. From there:

  • You can apply using your candidates profile or
  • Import from LinkedIn.

If you click on Apply button you will be asked to provide us with your contact phone number and your availability date (mandatory fields marked with red asterisk).

Cover letter is not marked as a mandatory field but please upload it whenever mentioned in the advert. It’s worth attaching in any case as it allows our recruiters to get to know you better!  You can also upload other attachment (certificates, permits etc.).

By clicking on Apply button on the right side of the screen you will send your application through and get the confirmation notice. You will also receive an e-mail to your mailbox with Thank you for applying message. Read it carefully!

After the application has been sent you can still find it in the Job Management section on the list of all the positions you applied for. You can check what their current status is, manage your application(s) and even withdraw them.
