FAREWELL TO PAPER AND ERRORS

Challenge

Being able to offer clients efficient management of their end-customers' requests for direct debit payments.The goal was to create a more efficient process that alsowould persuade more consumers to sign up for direct debit.

Solution

With OpusCapita's cloud service, eSign, the consumer can complete a form online and sign it using their BankID. Arvato then receives the requests as a consolidated file for automatic processing. eSign replaces paper-based management of consumer requests for direct debit with a fully digital process, thus allowing Arvato to avoid the time-consuming manual process of assessing and entering data from the submitted paper forms.
