Health Clinic Aava wanted an easy way to manage invoices
The health clinic Aava, a Finnish medical center belonging to
Aho Group, completed its OpusCapita finance solutions with a
browser-based invoice management software, the OpusCapita
Invoices.
At Aava, there was a need for an easy-to-use and automated
solution to replace the previously used invoice management
software. The solution was devised by OpusCapita, an Itella
Information company, whose Invoices solution provides a transparent
invoicing and recycling process. Additionally, the solution
includes a brand new mobile feature which allows the user to accept
invoices from their Windows mobile phones. The health clinic Aava
was already using the OpusCapita cash flow software which is now
completed with the Invoices solution.
Health clinic Aava is one of the major medical centers in
Finland having twenty offices in eight locations in southern and
western Finland. The company name Aava was launched in January 2012
to be a common name for several medical centers, i.e. Helsingin
Lääkärikeskus Oy, Orto-Lääkärit, Teslamed and Medimagneetti. The
family-owned company operates since 1964.
