Itella Information and OpusCapita conquering Europe
Itella is acquiring the entire capital stock of OpusCapita Group
Ltd
OpusCapita Group is the benchmark of cash flow automation
solutions in Europe. The company is specialised in the automation
of cash processes. The offering of OpusCapita will strengthen
Itella's competence in financial management processes in Itella
Information business group. The services of Itella Information
cover the entire financial management of customer companies from
purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash and to as the most extensive option,
the entire financial management and payroll. As a result of the
transaction, Itella will be capable of providing its customers with
innovative added-value services related to the automation of
financial management processes.
OpusCapita has 134 employees in Stockholm, Copenhagen and in
Finland in the cities of Tampere and Helsinki. Itella Information
has 1,900 professionals in 15 European countries. It is part of
Itella Group which has altogether 29,000 employees in Europe.
