OpusCapita is improving its customer support
New customer support portal will replace the OpusCapita
Extranet.
In the interests of improving the service, OpusCapita is
concentrating its online customer support in the new customer
support portal. As a result, the existing Extranet will be
discontinued during early 2011. All content on the Extranet, such
as manuals and other documentation, will be transferred to the new
support portal during January.
OpusCapita's customer service portal will provide a much more
versatile service than the Extranet. OpusCapita users can enter
support requests directly into the portal and monitor the progress
of the request and the action taken by customer support. In the
future, the latest information for users on customer support and
using the OpusCapita software will be added to the customer support
portal.
To register for the new customer support portal, please go to https://support.opuscapita.com and provide your
contact details in the Register as an OpusCapita Customer Support
Portal User section. The user name and password needed for the
portal and instructions on use can be obtained by sending your
name, telephone number, e-mail address and the company name and
customer number.
