OpusCapita’s personnel negotiations concluded

OpusCapita has concluded its personnel negotiations to reduce personnel as part of adapting its new strategy and transforming to new operating model effective as of 1 April 2016.

The personnel negotiations started on 8 February 2016 and the estimated reduction need was approximately 80 persons, of which a maximum of 50 in Finland and in total some 30 in other countries.

As a result of the personnel negotiations the total reduction is some 70 persons. In Finland the total reduction is 41 persons of which 22 with lay-offs and 19 with other arrangements including termination of fixed-term employments, pension arrangements and resignations. In other countries the reduction is 30 persons of which two thirds with lay-offs.
