I first started working at OpusCapita as early as at the end of 2003 and worked in different sales positions until 2008. After that, I left the OpusCapita payroll to work as a freelancer during 2008-2011, but mostly still worked for OpusCapita during that period, so I never really left. I joined OpusCapita again in April 2011.

At OpusCapita, I have worked as Account Manager and Key Account Manager in Finland, and now I work as Business Development Manager in Copenhagen.

What I like the most about OpusCapita are the people and the good atmosphere. It is and has been interesting and motivating to work for a company that is on its way from local and Nordic markets to being an international establishment.

I started working at OpusCapita in May 2010, when I was wrapping up my master's degree studies in information technology at Lappeenranta University of Technology. I have been working in the software industry for more than five years in different domains. On a typical work day, I mainly develop product features in Liquidity Management, and I find my work enjoyable.

The best part about OpusCapita is that it really cares about people. We have an international working environment, state-of-the-art technology personnel, and a good and defined software development process. There is also focus on employees' skill improvements. I have nice colleagues and helpful, open-minded team members, and, of course, we have really good parties. I am very happy to be working here.

I started working at OpusCapita as a business consultant in treasury and financial management in November 2008. During the eight years before that, I used to work directly with customers, so I already had experience with that aspect of OpusCapita. I was looking for new challenges and thinking about companies that I had a positive image of and that I could see myself working for. I wound up on the OpusCapita website, and came across a job that suited my work experience perfectly; I would be able to use my professional skills as well as work directly with customers. Customer service has always been close to my heart, even though I have mostly worked as a specialist.

I enjoy working at OpusCapita especially because of my wonderful co-workers. They are professionals with solid expertise and always willing to help their colleagues.

During the past year, our company has been very driven and business has been on an upswing. Employees have also been rewarded with nice surprises, and OpusCapita especially encourages employees to be active and relax in their free time. As a mother of two little boys, I really appreciate the opportunity to work flexible hours. I spend my free time with my family; at the summer cottage in the summer, and at ski resorts in the winter. Nature and all its seasons are very close to my heart.

I joined OpusCapita in April 2010 with the task of establishing a business platform for us in Denmark.

Previously, I had worked for many years in some of the largest Nordic and international financial institutions, such as ABN AMRO, Danske Bank and DnB NORD, primarily with establishing new business areas.

In August 2010, when we officially opened the office just north of Copenhagen, OpusCapita was virtually unknown in the Danish market. However, with commitment and efforts from all of my colleagues in the group, we have very quickly reached a satisfactory level of brand awareness.

As a Country Manager, I enjoy a diversified job with a lot of entrepreneurial tasks, ranging from marketing and sales to more strategic work with prospect mapping, business plans, et cetera.

OpusCapita is a very easy organisation to join - even when working from the distance in Denmark. I have a lot of very positive-minded and easy-going colleagues, and everyone is always prepared to help. Also socially, it is always a pleasure to meet my colleagues from Tampere, Helsinki and Stockholm.

I started working at OpusCapita in August 2008. At the time, I was working with remote access and security solutions and had been doing that for quite some time. One day, a former colleague called me asking if it might be time for me to get out of my comfort zone, and hinted about a job proposal. From that day on, I have come to understand more about how technology can simplify cash flow processes and make existing business prosper.

It's not easy to summarize my career, since I have worked in several fields within the IT business, ranging from IT Operations to Server Specialist and from web-based high availability solutions to application and network security. I have a broad knowledge of IT and have always had a hunger for understanding how things work. All this made it possible for me to join OpusCapita when the opportunity presented itself.

I enjoy working at OpusCapita, because the route from an initial idea to a final decision is short, and the organization constantly aims at being as agile as possible. If you have something to say, there is always someone that is willing to listen, which means that OpusCapita is able to see, understand and adapt to their customers' needs.

As I see it, OpusCapita does not only deliver technical solutions; we work with the customer and act as a catalyst in the process. To be that catalyst, we need to have a fundamental understanding of the customer's business and their current situation, and combine this with our professionalism and know-how. In short, we help our customers understand what their needs are, which solutions will fit those needs, and how those solutions can be applied to their existing business processes. Engagement is a fundamental part of OpusCapita's way of working, both within the company and on the market.
